RETURN POLICIES
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition you received them — unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at lumneon.info@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
